Here’s another look at Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX

This art style is timeless Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DXis kind of getting slept on. Sure it’s a remake of a set of 2005 GBA games, but the art style alone is enough to secure my interest as one of the best looking games of 2019 thus far. Now, if you’ve played aMystery Dungeongame before, you’re probably aware of the shtick: you prepare a party then delve into various dungeons, battling it out in a turn-based format....

Failsafe has been handing out new quests each week inDestiny 2as we slowly but surely progress along theEpisode Echoesstoryline. You unlockSpecimen ID: NES001as soon as you start theEpisode‘s story, requiring you to extract planetary data. How to get Baleful Fragments in Diablo 4

With great sacrifice comes great rewards (maybe) Diablo 4features a myriad of systems to augment your equipment. However, many of them come with a hefty cost. Sure. the Blacksmith can strengthen your stuff for cheap, but the Occultist presents a different story. If you’ve used this vendor to imprint Aspects on a weapon, you might see some high-end materials appear as prerequisites. These include Baleful Fragments, and since you’re here, you’re certainly wondering where the heck you’ll find these things....

It took a year, but PS4 owners really should play Rise of the Tomb Raider

The definitive version is a trip worth taking I feel silly for skippingRise of the Tomb Raiderlast year. Y’all said it was great, and it is. I finally learned that first-hand with this week’s definitive-edition release on PlayStation 4 (known officially as “Rise of the Tomb Raider: 20 Year Celebration“). This package assembles a bunch of bonus content and modes, from the Croft Manor-set “Blood Ties” and “Lara’s Nightmare” scenarios, to theBaba YagaandCold Darkness AwakenedDLC, to new co-op support for Endurance mode and several mildly off-putting “low-poly” Lara skins....

Kinect is now even better at recognizing you sitting down

Technology can be great when it works properly and absolutely infuriating when it doesn’t. A good example of is when the internet in your building doesn’t work and you can’t do your work all morning because of it. Maybe that’s a bit too personal. How about when we heard the Kinect didn’t do that great of a job detecting players who were sitting down? A bit more universal there, and while Microsoft and developers have repeatedly come out and stated that the tech can detect seated players Microsoft has nowgone one step furtherand reworked Kinect’s algorithm in order to make it do so even better....

Miitopia just won’t be the same without the randomness of SpotPass

Has anybody made a Nicolas Cage Mii on their Switch? I guess I should be happy Miis had a pretty decent showing at yesterday’s Nintendo Direct. After all, it was just over a month ago I waslamenting the lack of Mii games on Switch. Sure, they still play a decent role inSmash Ultimate, but the number of games that support Miis has diminished since Nintendo left the 3DS behind. Things are starting to look up, though....

New trailer for Orion: Dino Beatdown is so ridiculous

The guys over at Spiral Game Studios sure know how to get me excited for something. First off, this trailer forOrion: Dino Beatdownhas that obnoxious, over-the-top announcer who calls the Tyrannosaurus rex “Sally.” Then they decide to show off the jetpacks and mechs all thrown inside huge open-world levels and that was all I needed. But when I saw you could get abducted by flying dinosaurs, I just lost it....

NVIDIA: PC game sales will surpass console game sales

Fanning the flames of the format-wars, NVIDIA made a bold claim toTechgageabout the state of the PC. You might as well throw out your consoles now, because PC games revenue will be greater than console games revenue by 2014.
