E3 10: Crafting Mama makes you some mugs

Crafting Mama. It is a game exactly as you would think. It’s the latest DS title based around working with the Engrish-speaking Mama as she harshly trains players how to make digital versions of stuff. SoCrafting Mama? It’s crafting. Far Cry 3 is a great game with a horrible release date

Far Cry 3is coming out on December 4 and I think that’s a horrible time to release a game, especially something as big as aFar Crytitle. The worst part is that it’s coming after Black Friday here in America, one of the most important shopping dates of the holiday season. Plus, there’s a strong chanceFar Cry 3will miss out on getting a number of nomination for game of the year type awards across the industry....

gamescom: PlanetSide 2 blew my mind

This might sound weird, but the biggest thing that impressed me aboutPlanetSide 2was the map. Don’t get me wrong, the gameplay and all that’s on offer is pretty great. But the scale of everything is just insane when I was taking a look at the map. You have games likeBattlefieldgloating about their huge maps (and they are), but you can fit several of their biggest maps into just one ofPlanetSide 2’smap easily....

Garshasp: The Monster Slayer does what it says on the tin

It’s a third-person action/adventure in the same vein asGod of War, and it’ll be coming to Steam and GamersGate soon. It certainly looks to be of the “cheap and cheerful” variety, but the real interesting note is that the game’s based on Iranian/Persian mythology. You don’t see something like that every day....
