MultiVersus,Warner Bros and Player First Games’ free-to-play crossover fighter, has gone through some solid highs and some devastating lows ever since its initial release. It seems that both companies are trying different ways to save the game’s reputation, and this latest one may be just what it needs. OnMultiVersus‘ official website, Player First Games revealed an upcoming new feature called Fighter Road, which will allow players to unlock new fighters way more easily....

Lack of originality aside, this new 100 man free-for-all will be the first “battle royale” to feature hero powers, which could make for an interesting twist on the sub-genre. There’s nothing Harebrained about this move The Paradox Interactive family just got a little bigger. Harebrained Schemes, the studio behindBattleTechandShadowrun, is now a subsidiary of Paradox. As announced through apress releaseon Paradox’s site, the Sweden-based publisher and developer bought 100 percent of Harebrained Schemes in exchange for $7.5 million and 25 percent of earnings before publishing costs over the next five years.
