PSA: Save a buck on Bioshock Infinite’s first DLC

I’d buy that for a dollar less! Plus, $30 for Infinite on Amazon Pinch them pennies! The acclaimedBioshock Infinite‘s first bit of DLC,Clash in the Clouds, dropped today. The arena-based combat mode is quite the shooty affair and a precursor to something that seems decidedly more interesting, the upcomingBurial at Sea. Rocket League is for suckers; Alpaca Ball is where it’s at

Save the drama for a llama I’m back on my stupid-games-involving-animals bullshit, y’all. As a note to game developers, if you put alpacas, llamas, or pretty much any animal into a game with little rhyme or reason, there’s at least a 60% chance I’m going to cover it. Austrian developer Salt Castle Studio figured that out. They put alpacas in a party game revolved around soccer, and well, here we are....

So, Disgaea 5 is horny/funny s-CRY-ed? Watch the full opener

‘Dis guy, ehhh? This may be me projecting. I think abouts-CRY-eda lot. I don’t know why. And it certainly did not invent the “guy with cool arm” genre. Still, the first half of this trailer reminded me a lot ofs-CRY-ed, and then the second half was full of characters with weird horns (sometimes one, sometimes two), luchador masks, and all sort of zany junk. WhileDisgaeais “very anime,” the series always does a good job at being more than that....

Daily Deals: The Flash Sales for the next eight hours areSteamWorld Dig($2.49),Castle Story($13.39),Fallen Enchantress: Legendary Heroes($7.99), andYou Need a Budget 4($14....

In an odd bit of news, good old BlindsideDork sent us a tip fromNintencast, wherein they report that they contacted the BBC regarding the prospectiveDoctor Wholicensed game mentioned first on David Tennant’s official site and thenreported by us earlier this week. Tom Clancy’s EndWar Online closed beta starts today, runs through November

‘War never ends’ I had forgotten aboutTom Clancy’s EndWar Online. It was originallyannounced just about two years ago, took on some alpha playtesters, and went dark to everybody else. Today, it is coming out of alpha and into a closed beta phase. Ubisoft sent some new screenshots along, and they look all right, for a browser-based free-to-play strategy game. Some of the in-game shots show the MOBA influence, with three lanes of combat for the tanks and choppers to traverse....

Valve gives $20,000 to guy who found exploit for seemingly limitless free Steam games

Well, that could’ve been bad Security researcher Artem Moskowsky discovered a bug within Steam’s infrastructure that could’ve been incredibly damaging for Valve. If exploited it would’ve given the user access to generate any number of keys for any game. That’s obviously bad for Valve since Steam is built around, you know, selling games. Moskowsky didn’t run wild like a kid in a toy store, though. He reported the bug to Valve....
