The Dream Big 2 Objective has ten tasks, and here are the rewards inEA FC 25.

You’ll get the Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall RTTF card after completing the full set. This card is eligible for upgrades, and it can become a 96-rated item if Chelsea manages to win the Conference League. Make sure to complete the set before it expires next week from Ultimate Team.
