How do Tournaments work in Anime Adventures

The Tournament mode is a recurring event that takes place every week. The primary objective is pretty simple: stack as much damage as possible on the incoming enemies. You’ll get 20 minutes to do maximum damage, and there will be an endless inflow of enemies. You’ll be rewarded for your efforts based on how much damage you’re able to inflict, and the resources gained as rewards will help you upgrade your units.

Unlike traditional modes, Tournaments can have two different modifiers: Disabled Traits and Enemy Bursts. If the Disabled Traits is enabled, your units won’t be able to make use of their Traits. The second modifier makes enemies appear in bursts, which presents a different type of challenge.

Tournament Mode reward brackets in Anime Adventures

When you get a score in a Tournament, you’ll be placed in a specific bracket. Your placement bracket decides the final reward you get, and it can include Trophies, Gems, Star Remnants, and Special Shiny Units (The last one is reserved for the best bracket).

It pretty much makes sense for every player to participate, as that itself will fetch you a few rewards. As you improve your scores, your final rewards are only going to improve.
