Word on the street is, there have been quite a few layoffs at the offices of everyone’s favorite ’80s mag,Nintendo Power. Employees there are being told to “look for new work by September of this year,” which could mean any number of things, from a simple restructuring of the publication to certain and inescapable death. Given therecenthistoryof print journalism’s success in this industry, we’re betting on death.
