A video game tie-in for a game-inspired show
Besides the ever-out-of-reachBelow, Capy Games is also busy adapting a new Cartoon Network series from Ian Jones-Quartey calledOK K.O.! Let’s Be Heroesinto a “brawler-meets-RPG.”
The collaboration makes total sense given Capy’s history of designinggreat gameswith other people’s licenses, as well as the premise for this show, which has its characters literally leveling up to beat down their foes in Lakewood Plaza, “a mall for heroes.” Here’s a tease ahead of the summer premiere:

“WithOK K.O.! Let’s Be Heroes, Ian & Toby [Jones] are cramming the soul of videogames into a cartoon,” said the studio. “CAPY is setting out to do the reverse – mash the language of cartoons into a videogame. We think it’s pretty cool, and we hope fans of both games and cartoons dig it when it releases.” It’s planned for release this fall on PC and consoles, including PlayStation 4.
