Looks like your party… has been cancelled

Resident Evil 2means so much to so many of us. It’s a genuine classic that, to this day, remains a lot of fans favouriteResigame. Despite its somewhat-clunky controls and dated visuals today, the 1998 TWO-DISC epic is still a pilgrimage made by its dedicated followers every year or so. It just holds its decayed dignity so well.

Next year, we will get to experience the terror of that Licker by the window, the arms flailing through the boards, the giant fucking moth, and that horrifying sewer tunnel of tarantulas once again, as Capcom’s genre-defining classic returns, powered by theResident Evil 7engine and ready to creep out a whole new generation.
