Cleffa is so rare inPokémon Scarlet and Violet: The Teal Maskthat you either have to look for it at night or find the one that hides in a cave in Kitakami. This Fairy-type Pokémon has a unique evolution line that allows it to evolve into Clefairy and then Clefable with a single level up.
You must catch Cleffa and register its evolutions if you want tocomplete your Kitakami Pokédex and get rewardslike Apriballs and the Glimmering Charm, which lets you get more Tera Shards from raids.

you may find Cleffa roamingaround the edges of the Crystal Pool at nightorinside the Oni Mountainanytime.
There’s a trick to make them spawn faster in both places:Make a sandwich with Encounter Power: Fairyand you will find numerous Cleffa super fast. I prepareda BLT Sandwich(#72 in Recipe Mode) and found six Cleffa in a single lap around Crystal Pool at night. Inside Oni Mountain, I found two to four Clefairy.

How to get Cleffa from an egg
You can get Cleffa from eggsif you breed Clefairy or Clefable with a Ditto. All you have to do is make sure you only have one of these two and a Ditto in your party. Then, start a picnic and wait one or two minutes. Then, check the egg basket on the ground next to the picnic table, and you’ll likely find an egg or two inside.
Once you have the Cleffa egg with you, walk around or ride on your Miraidon/Koraidon until it hatches. It takes a few thousand steps for the egg to hatch, so I recommend you roam around Mesagoza to hatch it.
How to evolve Cleffa into Clefairy and Clefable
Cleffa evolves into Clefairywhen it levels up while having a high friendship level with you. To become best buddies with your Cleffa, start a picnic and play with it for 10 or 15 minutes. Throw the ball, wash it, and give it a lot of attention. To check if your Cleffa likes you enough, get close to it and press A to talk to it. If four or five hearts appear above its head, that’s enough. Just level it up and it will evolve into Clefairy.
To evolve Clefairy into Clefable, just use a Moon Stone on it from your bag. If you don’t have one, you’re able to find Moon Stones as items in Crystal Pool, Oni Cave, and Oni Maw.
