PC port sounds great
From out of nowhere, Square Enix has announced thatDissidia Final Fantasy NT‘sfree versionwill be coming to PC and PS4 on June 21, 2025. For anyone following, this is a confirmation of not only a PC port of the tag-team fighter but the free version’s release in the West. Talk about a well-kept secret.
As the tweet states, players of the free version will be able to compete against those with the full one, so this likely means the PC port will be accompanied by a regular release. I don’t know what the price will be, but I’m curious to see what the performance is like for this new port. It would also be pretty cool to havecross-platform multiplayer, though that might be a pipe dream.
