EA has revealedthe main voice castforDragon Age: The Veilguard, showing off a prettyfamiliar castof notable names.
TheDragon Agegames have always been dialogue-heavy, with big close-ups of fidgety foot-locked characters. A weak cast member with a bad performance can stick out like a sore thumb, but it looks like the company has pulled out the big guns for this one. I shudder to imagine what the voice budget looks like.

Here’s the full rundown straight fromEA’s news blog:
Beyond that, the main character, Rook, gives you the choice of four voice actors: two masculine, two feminine; two North American, two British. Once again, quoting the EA blog, they are: “Erika Ishii (Apex Legends, Destiny 2), Jeff Berg (Battlefield 1, NCIS), Bryony Corrigan (Baldur’s Gate 3, Good Omens) and Alex Jordan (Cyberpunk 2077, The Amazing World of Gumball).”
I don’t really keep up with celebrities, so a lot of the less video game-aligned names are a mystery to me. However, I believe all of them have, at some point or another, voiced a character from a game, even when EA doesn’t highlight them. The characters seem to be in capable hands. Er, mouths.

Dragon Age: The Veilguardis planned for this year. It’s coming to PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
