Rolls elements of Sonic, Metroid, and Galaga into one game

At first glance, I wasn’t entirely sure aboutGlorkbot’s Mini Adventure— but then you notice the inspirations, and it all comes together in a nice little package. This is the result ofPixeljamteaming up with comic book artistJames Kochalka. They are targeting Windows, Linux, and Mac at the tail end of this year, so the wait shouldn’t be too long.

Previously, there was a Kickstarter campaign for a videogame calledGlorkian Warriorthat was successful enough to be funded. That project has been put on hold for the time being, hence this smaller title. It’s made up of one level (albeit a large one) that can take minutes or hours to complete depending on how much you explore. Looks promising.
