A new year means a newCall of Duty. And withCall of Duty: MW3, there are several editions to choose from. TheMW3Vault Edition comes with exclusive content including the Battle Pass, a BlackCell Activation, 1,100 COD Points, Tier Skips, and more. Now that the FPS has been released, there’s some confusion about how to activateMW3’sVault Edition battle pass content.
When does the Battle Pass content unlock?
Even though Season 6 is currently ongoing, the season technically started as part ofCall of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. If you look carefully at the screenshot above, all of the Battle Pass related content including the COD Points, Tier Skips, and BlackCell will not become available until Season 1 ofMW3begins. At the moment, Season 6 is slated to come to an end on December 5, which means Season 1 ofMW3should start around the same time.
Assuming that there is no delay between seasons, that means theMW3Battle Pass content will unlock in early December.
How to activate theMW3Vault Edition Operator Packs?
Unlike the Battle Pass unlocks, theMW3Vault Edition Operator Packs are available right away. To verify that you have the Vault Edition activated on your account, simply head to the Store while in-game. In the bottom right corner click on My Bundles and you should see the Vault Edition listed. Click on it and it should say Owned at the bottom middle of the screen, as is visible in the screenshot above.
If it does in fact say owned, you should immediately have access to the Operators Packs. While in any of the modes, click on your loadout and you should see the Vault Edition Operator Packs available for use.
