One of the steps for the Sojourner of the Isle of Dorn achievement inThe War Withinis to complete the Brotherhood in the Skolzgal Wood questline. Despite the Isle of Dorn being the first zone in the expansion, and accessible at Level 70, you may’t actually do this quest until you are the next max Level of 80.
Once you reach Level 80, head back to the Isle of Dorn, and more specifically the Crossroads Plaza at coordinates X: 55.36, Y:55.80 and you will see an Earthen citizen named Dornogal Citizen who has the quest A Sassy Arathi. This is the start of the Brotherhood in the Skolzgal Wood questline, and how you’re able to complete it and unlock the Sojourner of Isle of Dorn achievement.
