Inside Top Tattoo isDean Webster, an NPC you can talk to to get a tattoo or offer deals if you have Westville unlocked and have advanced down the contact tree enough to unlock him. His favorite effects areGlowing, Laxative, and Spicy, so feel free to mix up a few substances beforehand if you want to make some extra money during your tattoo session.

Once you ask Dean for a tattoo, you’ll find a series of menus for choosing the tattoo design and its location on your body. You can choose between your face, chest, left arm, and right arm, each category having four to five options. Any tattoo purchases you make will come off your debit card, so ensure you have some spare money in your account. If you’re past your weekly ATM deposit limit, you may have to visit a Laundromat or other businesses to increase it.

Can you remove tattoos in Schedule 1?

Yes, you can remove any tattoos you’ve added to your character. In the tattooing menu, you’ll find “none” at the top of each category, letting you remove any on your chosen body part. However, you won’t get a refund for it, so make sure you’re certain of your decision before going through with it.
