The newAnime Vanguardsversion 1.5 update brought to the experience many new features, such as the debut of its first set ofDandadan-themed characters and a new Occult Event, the latter featuring a new raid and the ability to exchange Spirit Wisps for exclusive rewards.
But how can you take part in the event? For all looking to show theirDandadanlove and get some meta-defying units, here’s how to join the Occult Event inAnime Vanguards.
How to join the Occult Event in Anime Vanguards
You can participate in the Occult Event and earn Spirit Wisps inAnime Vanguardsby heading to Raids and entering the Mountain Shrine event stage. The stage will be composed of four acts —Senile Speedster, Sumo Alien, Motherly Spirit, and Infinite— with the first three being themed around theDandadanarcs adapted by its anime.
Keep in mind that you will only be able to enter the stage after reaching player level 20. Fans should also know that, although completing all acts will reward you with wisps, you will have a 1.5% chance of unlocking Saiko (Seiko) as a playable unit after each Infinite Act completion.
Once you gather a good amount of wisps, you will be able to exchange them by talking to Saiko at the Spirit Shop. Among the shop’s items, the Golden Ball (1,200 Spirit Wisps), Milk (1,200 Spirit Wisps), Nessie (2,000 Spirit Wisps), and the Psychic Hand (2,000 Spirit Wisps) are the highlights, as they can be used to evolve Okorun (Okarun), Mimi (Momo), Pweeny (Peeny-Weeny), and Saiko respectively.
You can get Okorun, Pweeny, and Mimi inAnime Vanguardsby pulling on the Occult Banner. If you haven’t unlocked the ability to enter the event’s Raid but already got any of the units above, you can also purchase the wisps needed to get their materials by using Robux.
How to Evolve Okorun, Mimi, Saiko, and Pweeny in Anime Vanguards
After acquiring their respective evolution items, you will be able to evolve Okorun, Mimi, Saiko, and Pweeny by heading to Evolve, talking to Itochi (Itachi) at the reception, and then selecting your chosen character and expending their materials.
