Once you purchase theStorybook Valeexpansion pack and download it, you’ll find a letter in your mailbox about a mysterious figure known as “The Keeper of the Lore.” This instantly sets you off on the Welcome to the Storybook Vale questline, where you’ll enter Stardust Port, take a ship to the Storybook Vale, and meet Merida for the first time.

How to unlock every Storybook Vale biome

LikeDisney Dreamlight Valley’sbase game and A Rift in Time expansion pack,The Storybook Valehas biome regions you unlock. Rather than spending Dreamlight Valley or Mist, you’ll use a currency called Story Magic that behaves very similarly.

Like the base game, early-game regions are much cheaper, so you can access their content faster and snowball your progress. Late-game areas like The Beanstalk Marshes and Mount Olympus cost much more. Fortunately, by the time you’re far enough into the story to reach these biomes, you’ll have a much easier time collecting resources and using them to complete your Storybook Vale tasks for Story Magic.
