It’s one thing tolooklike a Super Nintendo title, butJack the ReaperfromDream’s Bellchecks all of the right boxes: style, sound, gameplay, and even the opening cinematic feel like the mid-’90s in concentrated form. While there are some pending issues — most notably, the movement doesn’t feelquiteright to me — this is worth checking out in its current state and should be worth watching as it progresses further. I’m hoping Dream’s Bell can stick with development, continuing to polishJack the Reaperinto the game it deserves to be.
