Technically, the downloadable content is going to be free for the next thirty days. But you’ll be able to download the first addition to Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light via Xbox Live on October 27th. The content is titled, “All the trappings,” and will feature a new stage to explore and puzzle through.
Timed with the release of the DLC is a title update which enables full online co-op. This is great news for those of us who have been anxiously awaiting the opportunity to play this with our internet friends. Maybe I’ll finally get to finish it now!
Good times ahead. I’d hurry on and download the DLC right away tomorrow just so you don’t forget. No telling what they’ll be charging for the content once the grace period is up. Sadly, there is still no information on when and how this content will be arriving for the PS3 and PC versions of the game.
