Still making its way to PS4 this week
[Update: Warner Bros. notified Destructoid thatLEGO Marvel Super Heroeswill in factbe an Xbox One launch title. It’s going to release in North America on Nov. 22 as originally planned.]
In a statement provided to MCV, Warner Bros. has confirmedLEGO Marvel Super Heroeswill not be launching alongside the Xbox One next week:
“LEGO Marvel Super Heroesis coming to next-gen consoles, but the game will not be releasing on the Xbox One console on November 22nd,” reads the statement. “We will provide a release date forLEGO Marvel Super Heroeson Xbox One as soon as possible.”
Quite strange, really. I can only assume that some sort of hang-up occurred at the last minute to prevent it from making the launch (and the foreseeable future). Worth noting is that it will definitely be launching alongside the PlayStation 4 this Friday. Looks like the console war has ended before it’s even started, if you ask me.
