Okay, this is one of the strangest teaser videos I’ve ever seen. It contains no game footage. It actually contains no real video atall. It’s just the game’s logo, while a woman — the intersex quasi-demon girl known as Kane — repeatedly hurls abuse and swears at a book.
Yeah … this is strange. The strength of the language is also something that is quite unbecoming of a Square Enix game, and not what I’d have expected from such a strongly Japanese game. I’ve heard the F-word in all sorts of games and it doesn’t really matter, but the tone of language is uniquely surprising in this case. Sounds like we’ve got a definite M-rating on our hands.
Anyway, if you want to hear a woman shouting all sorts of verbal rage, then watch the “video.”
