Metal Geardirector Hideo Kojima has turned his eccentric eye towardSilent Hill, expressing interest in using his own game’s engine to power the survival horror series. While he did not say he has any plans to be involved in development, the idea of a Kojima-madeSilent Hillhas gotten heads spinning. Kojima started thinking about the series after he borrowed theSilent Hillmovie from a friend. According to the director, the FOX Engine could heighten the scares, and the “closed room” environments would streamline the visual requirements and equate to a great looking game....
