Bustin’ makes him feel good Nintendo has released the second part of its downloadable content for spooky sequelLuigi’s Mansion 3. Much likethe initial expansion, the new content adds new costumes, themed ghosts, and mini-games to the Switch adventure. Multiplayer DLC Pack Part 2 includes three new outfits: “The Amazing Luigi” offers the slick style of a stage magician, while “Cap’n Weegee” turns our boy into a seafaring pirate. Finally, “Paleontoluigist “- which is a long walk for a pun – kits Luigi out as a safari-style treasure hunter....

Also ‘Ghost’ from Modern Warfare 2, if you care Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfareis going to be around for a while longer as Activision still has three more DLC packs to drop. In between those Season Pass offerings is a bunch of other add-ons, including a set of voice packs that are dropping later today for both consoles, and at a later date on PC. For $3.99 you can grab the Method Man announcer pack, which offers Wu-Tang inspired killstreak announcements among other vocal stylings....

Legendary shooter developer Cave is as famous for unnecessarily region-locking its games as it is for making them. But as a pleasant surprise, they’re considering not doing so with their next disc-based retail release. Cave’s Makoto Asada recently posted onthe company’s blog, saying that the region for its upcomingMushihime-sama Futari Ver. 1.5has yet to be decided, and probably won’t be until this year’s Tokyo Game Show. He then says that Cave is very happy to have recieved so many emails from fans overseas, and being responsible for more than a few of those, I would like to say “you’re welcome” and suggest that they heed them....

Wow, nice There are a handful of franchises that I generally talk about as criminally underrated, andDeceptionis up there. Built around the concept ofsetting up trapsand not actually fighting head-on, the games arestill very much alive, and I’m stoked to see its legacy carried on yet again inMusou Stars. In addition to featuring characters fromNinja Gaiden, Dynasty Warriors, Dead or Alive, Samurai Warriors, and more, Millennia (from my favoriteDeceptiongame,II) made the cut....

EA is aware thatNCAA Football 2009has some unfortunate and glaring issues. The first patch to the game is expected around next week. It is set to resolve both thenasty roster glitchand reordering depth chart issue. According toPasta Padre, another patch for the game has already been sent to the authorities at both Sony and Microsoft. This second patch will fix a pretty big list of stuff that I never even encountered while I played the game....

‘At any time’ Yesterday, we learned a whole lotabout the next big Nintendo Switch title:Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury. Due out in the middle of February, this game is actually part re-release (with a few bells and whistles like online co-op) and partly new. That latter bit is the “Bowser’s Fury” part of the moniker, which sees Mario and Bowser Jr. teaming up to calm down an extremely pissed and menacing Bowser....

Virtual Rivalry According to a post on reddit’sHTC Vive-themed board, Oculus’ latestsystem updatehas disabled Revive functionality. Revive is a wrapper that allows users to trick Oculus software into working on the Vive. This news comes directly from the developer of Revive, who confirmed that Oculus Home applications now require a Rift to open. “From my preliminary research it seems that Oculus has also added a check whether the Oculus Rift headset is connected to their Oculus Platform DRM....
