Nintendo revealed a bit more info forGame & Wariotoday, showing off the new minigames “Pirate” and “Gamer.” Pirate has players moving to the rhythm to dodge cannon shots — the TV only shows the ship in front of you, so you have to utilize all views to win. It looks goofy, and could get old, but we’ll see.
What really won me over is “Gamer,” which featuresWarioWarecharacters 9-Volt and 18-Volt playing tiny minigames,justlike the classicWareseries, but with a twist — you have to make sure you don’t wake up your Mom and have her catch you playing games past your bedtime.
Game & Wariowill be coming on June 23rd. I’m beyond excited to see how this turns out.
