Predators, the most dangerous hunters (but not the perfect specimen), are a lot to deal with. That’s why it’ll take a lot of you to take down one of them.
Predator: Hunting Groundswas revealed during today’s PlayStation State of Play stream. We don’t know much about it, but the description for the trailer calls it a “new competitive online multiplayer experience.” This means that a group of paramilitary operatives will try to track down one person who is playing as the Predator.
At first glance, this seems like the sort of asymmetrical multiplayer we’ve seen fromFriday the 13thandEvolve— one terrifyingly overpowered person trying to deal with a whole squad of players. It’s an intriguing idea, especially considering all the weapons and abilities that are unique to a Predator. Keep your infrared vision on this one.
