Atlus has released a new trailer for its upcoming remasterShin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne HD.The Japanese preview shines a light on some of the locations, characters, anddemonsthat await our protagonist on their dramatic and spiritual adventure.

While recent years have seen many new fans introduced to theSMTuniverse via spin-off seriesPersona, I’ve been reliably informed that those coming fromPersonato a mainlineShin Megami Tenseititle for the first time may be in for a bit of a culture shock.
The trailer ends with a brief look at Dante, hero of Capcom’sDevil May Crysaga, who will bemaking a return appearanceinShin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne HDas a DLC character. “New Funky Mode” remains sadly unconfirmed as of this writing.
Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne HDlaunches in Japan on PS4 and Nintendo Switch October 29, before heading west in the spring of 2021.
