You know that dirty trick game companies sometimes pull where they put out a game, and then a few months later they announce some collector’s edition or enhanced version with extra stuff you didn’t get in the copy you bought at release date? Well, Square-Enix just announced thatStar Ocean: The Last Hopewill be getting that exact treatment, and I have a feeling that hardcore Star Ocean fans are going to grumble but buy it anyway.
Here’s what you get with the Collector’s Edition, which is for Xbox 360:
This edition is due out on June 5th, but pricing details are not available yet. Hey Square, this is nifty, but couldn’t you have released it, oh I dunno, when the game launched?
