Star Wars The Old Republicupdate 2.1, dubbed the “Customization” update, now has a new trailer that shows off a significant addition to the fray — the Cathar race (rememberJuhanifromKnights of the Old Republic?). This is the first major patch after the 2.0 build of the game, which launched withthe Hutt Cartel expansion.
For non-Star Warsfans, the Cathar are a feline species who can be pretty temperamental, yet loyal and proud. While the Cathar wouldn’t be my first choice to add to the game, any new races are a positive thing — especially free ones that help extend replay value.
