Goodbye Earth, hello yawning black death

Last Horizonis a space exploration game onSteam,Android, andiTuneswhere it’s up to you to find a new home for the entire human race. It has the underlying sense of loneliness and dread that you might find in films likeSunshineorFrownhunters, but with controls and problems reminiscent ofAsteroidsandLunar Lander. Managing your resources while navigating through an unpredictable, procedurally generated cosmos isn’t a totally new idea, but it’s still a heck of a lot of fun when done well.

This affordable space adventure is on sale on Steam until Wednesday, so pick it up for cheap if you’re in the mood for flying and dying.
