Attempt #2 at Mars: War Logs?
You may be mistaken for having a sense of déjà vu when reading aboutThe Technomancer.It’s an RPG developed by Spiders and published by Focus Home Interactive set on a futuristic Mars full of mutants and conflict, much like one of Spiders’ seemingly unconnected and older (but still pretty great) games:Mars: War Logs.
Well, it looks like we’ll be able to see just what is new aboutThe Technomancersoon, as Focus has released an in-depth trailer explaining the systems and settings of the game. At a first glance, it feels likeThe Technomanceris going to be a more refined attempt at what Spiders wanted to do withMars: War Logs,with a fair amount of influence from its last gameBound by Flame.
I’m pretty excited for this one.Of Orcs and Menis one of my absolute favourite games, and although Spiders’ games tend to be a bit on the unpolished side, I’ve always enjoyed them. Hopefully we see some more beforeThe Technomancerreleases some time in 2016 for PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
