Back at gamescom,Black Knight Swordgrabbed my attention, but not for very long. What little I had seen didn’t tell me much about anything other than the admittedly neat art design. The side-scrolling lovechild between Digital Reality and Grasshopper Manufacture is given a proper introduction with this trailer, and yep, it’s a weird one.

A creepy voice telling us to “Jump! Jump! Jump!”, bloody puppets, and whatever the hell that thing was near the end — (strange) business as usual. I appreciate the hints at environment variety, because that’s always one of my major concerns with games of this scope.
