Shame I missed the first 41 Tokyos

Tokyo 42,a sexy looking gameinspired by classics likeSyndicateand the originalGrand Theft Auto, still doesn’t have a release date for 2017, but at least we now know which platforms it’ll appear on. Developer SMAC Games and publisher Mode 7 announced today the colorful open world game will be released on the PS4, Xbox One and PC. To celebrate, a new trailer was released with never before seen footage.

Oh yeah, that looks outstanding.Tokyo 42will be Mode 7’s first game as a publisher and is being developed with assistance from the UK Games Fund. In addition to the open world single-player campaign, it will also feature a multiplayer arena mode that addsa “Where’s Wally-slash-Waldo-for-other-territories” dimension where you can blend in with the crowd and strike when other players are least expecting it.
