This shouldn’t come as much of a surprise, but Ubisoft has just announced that it will be releasing an all-new, originalTeenage Mutant Ninja Turtlesgame for the Wii this fall.

As we knew, the Wii-exclusive will be developed by Game Arts, the folks responsible forSuper Smash Bros. Brawl. The title will coincide with the 25th anniversary of the Ninja Turtles, in what Ubisoft is calling a “Shell-ebration.” The release will also tie in with “new and exciting products and experiences for TMNT fans.”

Also, here are some screens. Small ones, that don’t tell us much about the game, other than that it will feature turtles who are ninjas. Ubisoft gives no official name for the game, but it’s interesting to note that the screens sent to use were labeled “TMNT Smash Up.” Bad name or worst name ever? You decide.
