Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age,is bearing down on us. The anticipated re-release is being celebrated by publishers Square Enix with, of all things, a 24/7 livestream of a warren of rabbits. The cute funsters are supposedly representative ofFFXII’sbunny-like species; the moogles.
Renaming their twitch channel ‘Mooglewatch’ especially for the occasion, Square hopes that you will enjoy seeing the critters lying around, sleeping, moving a little and then sleeping some more, whilst using their floppy ears to subliminally convince you to pick upThe Zodiac Age. The rabbits, located at London’s Vauxhall City Farm, will be broadcast for your viewing pleasure until the game’s PS4 launch date of July 11.
Honestly, this is a pretty tenuous PR stunt, but the rabbitsareadorable, and it’s far cuter than that guy who pulled a gun in public to promoteSplinter Cell: Conviction.
