It’s out!
All things considered we really didn’t have to wait that long, asSoulsgames arecoming outlikehotcakesthese days, but it’s another adventure into the mind of Hidetaka Miyazaki, and I love it for that, flaws and all.
I actually went back to play some of the past games in the series for a potentialCarter’s Quest, and noticed all of the little tricks From picked up along the way that it has incorporated intoIII. A lot of them are nuanced, and many combat-centric tricks are fromBloodborne, but they’re there. Even if I didn’t enjoy the environments as much as any other game in the series, it’s very accessible and polished from a mechanical standpoint.
