The second half of Wuthering Waves 2.1 will begin on June 06, 2025, at 10 am (server time) and Kuro Games has finally revealed all the banners for this half. This includes the featured 4-star Resonators and the signature weapons that will receive a drop-rate boost for a limited time.

Wuthering Waves 2.1 Phase 2 banners
Characters
Brant and Changli’s banners will be released on June 16, 2025, at 10 am (server time) and available for three weeks. According to the official announcement, here is a list of all the characters who will be featured on the banners during the second half of version 2.1:
Brant will finally make his long-awaited debut. He is a pretty solid support unit that can provide Fusion DMG and Resonance Skill DMG bonuses, making him a great choice to pair with characters like Changli. Speaking of which, Changli will also get her first rerun in this half of Wuthering Waves 2.1.
As for the 4-star characters, Taoqi is not worth getting unless you like her, but Youhu and Mortefi are solid support and sub-DPS units so you may try to get their copies.
Weapons
The weapon banners in the second half will feature the following items:
Unflicking Valor is a new 5-star Swordand Brant’s signature weapon. While it is a solid weapon for him, using it on other characters is not advised. You can also try your luck on the other weapon banner to pull Changli’s signature weapon – Blazing Brilliance. It is one of the best Swords in the game because of its high Crit DMG bonus and passive effects.
The 4-star weapon line-up is decent and can be a viable option if you’re lacking good weapons.
